Track Relay Bike Race Training

    Can anyone help develop a program for a 200 lap (400 meter track) bike race? The race is divided up among 4 members of a team, with one member on the track at a time. Average speeds usually fall around 24 miles per hour for 6-12 laps before an exchange takes place.

    Heart rate monitors are not accessible. What kind of workouts should one be doing throughout a week's period. The race is 6 months away.

    i presume you are talking about the little 5. what team are you riding for?

    Theta Chi...is that you sasha [land]? i was a freshman last year so ya don't know me, but you were one of the names that we'd always hear of
