In Memory Map I can transfer a route from my GPS to the map. In Tracklogs I
can transfer a track, but cannot find a way to transfer a route onto
Tracklogs. This could be useful if I want to transfer a MM route for use on
Tracklogs. Does anyone know how I can do this?

a track on the GPS and then transfer the track together with your route
waypoints (tick "transfer route waypoints up to ....m from track"😉.
Don't know about v.3.
