UMBA/Uwharrie Wheelmen Mountain Bike Trail Care Day

We will meet at the Uwharrie National Forest Parking Lot 1.5 miles east of
the bridge over Lake Tillery/Pee Dee River on 24/27. The parking lot is
located 11 miles east of Albemarle and 9 miles west of Troy on 24/27.
If possible, bring trail work tools, wheelbarrows, pruners, handsaws, and
shovels. Bring your bike, lunch, water, and work gloves. You may want to
ride your bike to the worksite. We plan to ride afterwards.
We plan to work on the Woodrun Trail System that includes Keyauwee and
Supertree mountain bike trails.
We plan to work from 9:00 to 12:30 in the shade and ride afterwards. A
cooler of drinks will be available.
We will have UMBA T-Shirts and hats on sale.
