trainer bike rack recamendations ?

im not sure thats what you call it ?
im looking for some suggestions on the (trainer ) type device that you put
your wheel in and you just stay in place , on wheels ?

i have a nice road bike and would like to use that for that now that its winter
and im feeling like a fat cow .
