I'm considering a trainer because this winter has me feeling like a fat mushroom.

How do these mount on the bike? Do they just squeeze the side of the rear axle or do you have to
remove the skewer and replace with the trainer in position?

Thanks, Dave

The just squeeze the dropout, locating on the ends of the QRs.

They squeeze the rear axle so if you have a fancy QR skewer that you don't want all scuffed up, you
might want to consider picking up a cheapie one just to use with the trainer. My LBS just gave me an
old used one they had in the surplus parts bin.
