Okay, right now I weigh 245 and am 6'3". That is a loss of 45 lbs. since around January. I am working on paying off my new Giant OCR 2, which I should get around mid september hopefully. My question is, what weight should I be at by next May, and what would be a good training idea to use, to compete in a century race that is occuring at that time? My goal for this being my first century is to complete it, and finish mid-way in the field at least. Ideas?

Your ideal weight:

Small frame = 176
Med frame = 187
Lg frame = 200

For information about training for a Century, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to Bicycling Magazine and ask for a copy of the "10 week Century Training Program". It's free.
