Training for a Stage Race with the PMC

Pureshot, based on the amount of time you have for L1 and L2, I can only surmise you do your rides on a trainer and/or you absolutely despise warming up or cooling down.
Actually I do all my rides outdoors. My FTP being 260 watts I find it very easy to warm up at ~180 watts which is easily in L2 (mine being 146-197).

Are you not including 0's?

No I include 0s in my ride files. To quote a recent post by RD (i'm using his parsing application):

"As to the lack of L1 time, this would be due to the fact that it takes awhile for AP to average down and "trip" the L2 lower boundary condition. So, you have to ride at low power for awhile before AP averages down far enough. It's really hard to get L1 time (and stay awake).:D"
