Training for Races in 1 and 3 Weeks

My first major race of the mtb season is this sunday and I am planning out the rest of my week. Its a 15-20 mile mtb race. I have been riding 150-200 miles a week for the past few weeks and just finished a 20 mile riding only big ring avg 18.5 mph to work on my weakness of slow cadence power.

I plan on pure cadence days for the next three days 20-30 miles. Good idea?

THen in 2 weeks following this race I plan on a 12 hr solo race and am curious on how I should plan out my next two weeks. I want to get in 1-2 50+miles rides aong with faster pace 20-30 rides but am unsure how to schedule them over the course of the next few weeks.
