Training programs for losing weight

Last summer I lost 10lbs biking around 70 miles a week from mid June to August. This year, I am getting an early jump on it and I hope to lose at least 10-15 more lbs if not more,depending on my food intake. I would love to see a training program or something you have tried that works. I usually ride Saturday and Sunday and mix in one day a week after work.
