Is using the velodrome for crit training helpful and what training tips can anyone offer
 
Yeh I think it is beneficial, motor pacing especially.

Training Tips-
Get a Heart Rate Monitor,
Try and ride everyday.
 
good things to do is to do 50 squats and then 50 lunges twice a day, when u wake up in the morning and when u go to bed at night

Where is this aimed to benefit? V02 Max? Anaerobic Threshold? Anaerobic power?
