Mon - DNR Tue - 5 miles, 44:53 Wed - 2.6 miles, 22:36 Thu - 3.5 miles, 31:04 Fri - DNR Sat - Dino
Dash 10K, 50:04 Sun - 10.5 miles, 1:57:04

I went out too fast in the Dino Dash, hitting the second mile marker in
15:07 and slowing down from that point onward. I was behind two women who were talking about
training runs done at under 6:00-pace but they were talking conversationally so I knew they were
running a lot slower than that. Still too fast for me, though!
