    Hi I'm new here. To prepare my training bike, Googlebike figure out my route, I heat the muscles and train. Training when I can, I have more methods. You think it takes something more to improve?

    What are training for? In other words, for what purpose are you trying "to improve"?
    If you're riding your bike to improve your basic fitness level, just keep riding your bike. If you're trying to improve your fitness in order to race at some time in the future, then just continue riding your bike and reading through the threads contained in this subsect.

    Forgive me because my English is low. I coach to stay in shape and occasionally when I'm pretty good racing.
