What are training for? In other words, for what purpose are you trying "to improve"?
If you're riding your bike to improve your basic fitness level, just keep riding your bike. If you're trying to improve your fitness in order to race at some time in the future, then just continue riding your bike and reading through the threads contained in this subsect.
