Just get on your bike and ride. Start with ten mins nice and gentle and build up a few mins a time. Aim to cycle 3 times a week.

Unless you are very inactive, you'll need to do at least 3 x 30 minutes a week before you notice any change in fitness or health.

Make sure your bike fits correctly.
