I saw a post here about the trainline no longer taking cycle bookings, but I can't find it now. I
emailed the trainline and this is the response I got:

Thank you for your enquiry about Booking that you submitted on the trainline.
In response to your query, if you do need to book a bicycle on the train then you will have to call
our sales floor on 0870 010 1296 and press option
1.

-Not a great deal of help really, what is the point in having the convenience of booking by internet
if you have to make a phone call, which very likely goes to a call centre where they answer in about
