If I push the lawnmower or do anything remotely physical I get a tremor in my hands and to a degree in my arms which takes about 30 mins to subside when i sit down and rest
(No its not Hyperthyroid tremor ) Have had an ECG done which was OK but no one seems to know whats causing the tremor ........neurologist says its not Benign essential tremor etc
As all male members of my family have dropped dead with HA at age 67 is it possible this tremor is some warning of heart probs that my GP etc is not aware of

Your neurologist is your best source for the information that you seek regarding the underlying cause of your exertional tremor. Sounds like a possible neuromuscular problem.

Do you have any tremors, when you are doing some fine precise work. Since when do you have this complaint? And how old are you?
