TRIPS FOR KIDS 12th ANNUAL BIKE “SWAP” & SALE

Northern California’s largest Bike Swap & Sale to benefit Trips for Kids will be Saturday, June 21st
from 10am – 4pm and Sunday, June 22nd, from 10am –3pm at Davidson Middle School at 280 Woodland Ave
in San Rafael. Proceeds from the “Swap” benefit Trips for Kids

If you are coming to shop, there will be a huge selection of bikes and bike related items for sale
at “rock bottom” prices. If you are interested in selling your bike "stuff", contact Trips for Kids
for details

Admission is $5.00 - children 15 and under are free with adult. For more info visit

Each year Trips for Kids takes hundreds of inner-city kids from the Bay Area on guided mountain bike
adventures, many of whom have never been outside of their urban neighborhoods. In 1999 Trips for
Kids became a national program. There are now 27 chapters from coast to coast, with more in the
works. Trips for Kids also operates Re-Cyclery, a bike thrift store and job-training center for
low-income youth. Re-Cyclery is located at 610 4th Street in San Rafael and is open Tuesday - Friday
noon - 6 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday 10 a.m.- 4 p.m.
