Tropical Lime Ice Cream
1 cup milk
3/4 cup whipping cream
1 cup sugar
Finely grated rind of 2 or 3 limes
3/4 cup lime juice
Mix milk, cream, and sugar for a few minutes until the sugar is dissolved.
Add rind and juice and stir to mix.
Freeze in ice cream churn.
