New Haven CT street racing teens cut or take brakes off
Freestyle and BMX bikes. They say to go faster and now their crashing in
to moving cars. Any one tell them they need the wheels true and a good
set of brakes so they wouldn't have to remove or cut brake cables. And
the cops are just as stupid as the teens for going along with them and
not mentioning the true reason for removing brakes. Wheels out of true
and cheap poor adjustable brakes. True
