trying to buy a bike in egypt

Hello,

I am new to cycling I have been cycling for 4 weeks on my 20 years old single speed bike...however I want to buy another bike the problem is bikes are really over priced in Egypt and most bikes sold are Chinese bikes and these are of course low quality bikes intended to stop working seconds after purchase so the bike I want to buy is an se bike Monterey 21 http://www.sebikes.com/bikes/lifestyle/road-series/monterey-21 does it worth buying or shall I stick to my single speed bike
