hey

i got measured at a lbs and was told i was a 54
i borrow my uncles bike sometimes and his is a 54 i have to do some adjustments to it and it feels its a lil small but not enough to make me uncomfy

my cusin told me that there are other adjustments i can do to make a bigger or smaller bike fit me so im shopping for either a 54 or 56 frame

these are two bikes ive had my eye on
i wonder what you guys think
and whats the max price you guys would pay

any suggestions/comments/worrries are welcomed

im on a very low budget and am going for the bang of the buck because i will need to spend some money on biking clothes, shoes, n pedals if they dont give me pedals

I've done well with used bikes. You get more for your money that way provided it doesn't have too many miles on it. I'm still riding my 1970s Puch tourer which i bought about 1985 for $135 from the LBS, so it was properly set up, tuned, etc. I've upgraded it over the years, so only the frame is original.

A longer stem is one way you can modify the fit.

I would not buy anything sight-unseen.
