Does anyone know of a "how-to-do" site where i can learn about how to tune campagnolo (Chorus groupset) rear mech?

You may find some useful information at the tech section of the campagnolo only web site. They have a mechanic, Tim Lafflin, to whom you can ask a specific question if you want.

Jim Langley's www.jimlangley.net web site may be of some assistance as well. He has a section on adjusting rear derailleurs under his "wrench" section.

Additionally, you may try www.bikeschool.com where they also have a tech section with searchable archives. If you do not find anything useful, you can submit a question to their tech forum where there are several knowledgeable members who may be able to help.

If these fail, I have the documentation from my Chorus groupset which I could possibly scan and e-mail to you.
