  1. Ok, here's where the tally lies:
Turkey- stuffed with onion, rosemary, thyme, bay leaf, and celery- is
finally out of the oven, setting before carving.
Beef Rib Roast- just turned off oven to let it sit 30 minutes before
    carving.
Turkey Breast w/ Dressing- In roaster, keeping warm @ 225*f
Potatoes are almost finished, and will be mashed in a couple minutes.
Gravy for both is done, keeping warm.
Green beans and sweet corn are both in their respective pans, ready to be
    quickly heated.
    Cranberry Sauce- chilling in fridge

The appetizers have appetized, the bird smells outrageously good, along with
the roast. I am starving 🙂 Well, not starving, but it feels that way...like
my tummy is reaching for the turkey.

The pies I settled on were Mom's Chocolate Cream Pie, Black Bottom Coconut
Cream Pie, Apple-Berry with a Dutch style topping (flour, brown sugar,
butter, cinnamon and oats). My SIL brought the pumpkin pie and homemade egg
nog. There's also fruit salad chilling in the fridge.

A foodie holiday, to be sure, and I hope all you foodies out there are
having a fantastic time of it.

    Happy Thanksgiving!!

    kimberly
