  1. Hello all. I am an experienced beek jerky maker. I often see recipes for
turkey jerky using raw breast meat. Being afraid of the salmonella I
tried deli turkey breast (roasted). No good. Fell apart during
marinating, and dried out to shriveled up sticks.

Can I use raw boneless/skinless chicken breasts without worrying about
    salmonella?

    Thanks,
    MK
