I have just got into triathlons.

I ride a Coppi K28 and want to be more aerodynamic. In what ways can I do this without blowing massive amounts of money?

aerobars would be the obvious thing to buy. that can range from $50 to maybe $200. then maybe a disc wheel or some tri spoke wheels.

are clip on aero bars any good? can u recommend some?

also, are x-lab saddlewings anygood? where would you put your puncture repair kit or multi tool on training rides?
