Mileage? 400-600 week
Interval Workouts? 1-2 days/week
Hill workouts? 1 day/wk
Recovery Rides? 2-4/wk
Trainer Work? 0-1 day /wk
Off Season Weights/core? 2-3 day/wk
In season Weights/core? 0-1 day/wk
Other?

I'm sure there is a large variation among riders, so don't get hungup on exact numbers..... just looking for ranges to formulate a plan.

It really should be exactly the same as a lower category rider, they just are putting out higher watts. unlimited training time doesnt really mean you should be doing any more time/volume. all the estimates for ctl of guys heading into the grand tours(nice that we have some of that data now) seem within the range of amateurs, maybe 110-120 tss/day.

Some discrepancy in the hill workout... Lampre pro's (talking bout them since I know some of them), during a season, often do:

Interval workouts? only TT specialists
Hill workouts? 2-3 days per week

the other remains the same (2-4 days of recovery etc). Keep in mind that these trainings vary *a lot* during a season depending on the shape peaks of the athletes etc etc; moreover during a team stage (in the alps, at the seaside, in the hills...) there are some intensive work periods (for instance, Simone Cadamuro, when in pre-season stage with Milram, often did 5-7 hours per day going slow / medium pace, just to get used to fatigue again after winter)

Your question seems to be a bit odd, as many pros race so much, there is no average week.
In-season training comes in blocks, between all the racing and recovery.
Pre-season is about the only time you might find any kind of regular schedule.

Pros have the luxury of not having to conform to the normal 7-day schedule.
Most weekend warriors are restricted by this, as racing and a lot of their training, happens on Sat/Sun.
