Tyre confusion.

I currently have Shimano R500 wheelset and 700x25C size stock tyres.

I'm interested in purchasing Michelin Race Pro 3 (digital blue) tyres as an upgrade.

I am wondering if it is possible to fit these tyres (700x23C) on my current wheels, as the digital blue colour is not available in 700x25C (size of my current tyres). My reason for suspecting this may be possible is that looking at possible wheel upgrades, I am yet to see specific tyre sized under the specification of the wheel sets.
