Tyres for Spinergy Rev-X

I have a set of Spinergy Rev X and am wondering whether they need to have a 19mm or 23mm clincher on them?

I note that the rim width is narrower than my Ksyriums which take a 23mm tyre.

Any ideas?

Either will fit fine. I recommend 23s.
