Good data is available for Lincolnshires because of the large number of RAF airbases around.
I use that all the time - along with the Meto radar to determine whether I need waterproofs. Sadly, there have been too many (windy) reasons for not venturing out recently.

Didn't spot it then, and maybe helpful to others who did not see it either. Apologies if I have offended you, but I thought newsgroups were about exchange of information albeit repeated, and with the currect weather climate in the UK maybe a timely reminder :-)
