A single proven instance IS a history, as in he has taken it, he might do so again. Getting caught
several times would be a history of repeated offences, as in you could bet on his getting caught
again. In any case, given that, the amphetamines in a nightclub, the drunk driving.... it's not
unreasonable to suggest that he's going to get done for something once every year or so, and his
team (and fans) had better hope it's not something which happens to be on the banned list.

Yes, you're right, a single instance is a history because it has happened, but it by no means
demonstrates the possibility of a repeat performance. Also, both instances you cite happened while
he was injured and out of competition. I don't think you'll see anything like that happening while
he's healthy and capable of racing.

Jeez! George W. Bush has a history of coke, MJ and alcohol abuse.

Now he has found religion, which in my book is the worst addiction of all.

Also has a DWI conviction.

Don't make Jan out to be such a bad guy, he's not.

One thing I like about cyclists, euros anyways, is that they don't mention jesus or the lord every
other second. They may be doped, but at least they aren't drugged by religion!

They are a lethal combo, when out of shape.
