You are forgetting the man who is going to win it all: Tommy D. ;)

Let's put Fumiyuki Beppu in there.

I think they said Danielson wasn't doing the tour this year because he is too inexperienced.

 Will they wait until he is thirty-five years old. Maybe they can wait until he retires and then he can ride in a team car. :D

I thought Tommy D. was doing the Tour this year.

I think you can pull Serhiy out of that list and put Michael Barry in. Barry was a late addition to the Giro team because of Serhiy being pulled out. Had he raced the Giro he might not have done the TdF. But now that he's out of the Giro, I think he'll be on their TdF squad. Also, if there's any more to the story of Serhiy's irregularities, I don't think he'll be allowed to race the TdF either.

You're right about the team.

Bernucci, Barry or Schrek will take Gonchar's spot.

And I think that Eisel may take Ciolek's spot.

But the team I would personally choose would be.

Rogers
Sinkewitz
Gerdemann
Guerini
Kirchen
Mercx
Schreck
Burghardt
Ciolek/Bernucci/Barry/Eisel

With T-Mobile's goal emphasising stage wins, Eisel is the best sprinter on the team so a spot will be there for him probably to have a go. (Well, he isn't the best sprinter, Cav is, but he definately won't be there this year. Next year he will)

Schreck, Ciolek, Bernucci, Barry and Eisel will be fighting for 2 spots. Regardless, that's a solid team...
