You can use pedals with metal pins. If those don't work you could also
try some rat-trap type pedals with big teeth. These pedals usually
aren't as strong though, and may get destroyed doing some of your
tricks.
Metal pins are the best grip I know of, but I haven't done snow riding
in a long time...
