unicycle with same pedal-stand

Hi,

I have a question about something I saw on a picture of the EJC.

There was a man with a special unicycle: the pedals were "on the same
high" (my English isn't that, sorry for the bad translation).

I made this unicycle myself --> here are some pics:

In deed 'kangaroo ride' (http://tinyurl.com/6powh) (don't mess it with
'kangaroo ww' (http://tinyurl.com/3tukm)).
It works better with an excentric wheel. But it's off-set needs to be in
the right direction! I had one, but sorry no pics or vidz available of
it.
