United States moves up in UCI ProTour rankings

Following the completion of two more UCI ProTour races over the weekend, the United States moved up to 11th overall in the UCI ProTour Nation Rankings. Ranked 13th entering the weekend, the United States advanced two spots following the Tour de Suisse and the Eindhoven Team Time Trial. In the Eindhoven Team Time Trial, Americans Bobby Julich, Dave Zabriskie and Christian Vande Velde were part of the winning Team CSC squad while George Hincapie was also a member of the fourth-place Discovery Channel team. Chris Horner also scored points with a second-place stage finish in the Tour de Suisse.
