OK, I just changed my Look cleats. My shoes, like most have mounting set ups for several brand styles of cleats. One of the cleat mountings (the one that slides up and down inside the shoe, I don't know what brand it is) Is rattling around now on both shoes. Since I don't use that mounting system, should I just glue it down so it stops moving, or is there a proper way to do that. Has anyone else had this problem?

On almost all cycling shoes there is an insole you can peel up. Peel it out to expose the cleat nut plate, remove it and reinsert the insole. Enjoy.

You could just remove them completely. If you take out your insoles, they should fall right out.

Thanks! I removed the insole, the cleat plate was under a little trap door in the shoe!
