Harvey Hereford's (I wish to remember that name, as well as
those of his victims) blood alcohol level was 0.3--nearly 4
times the legal limit.

Also in today's Press Democrat from columnist Chris Coursey,
"Cyclists React to Death with Grief, Defiance":

On another note, for those who live in the area, there will
be a "Ride of Silence" May 19 in Santa Rosa "in honor of
cyclists killed or injured on the roads." Details here:

Forget about "legal limits". Those vary between
jurisdictions. Walk- if you can- into any emergency room in
the US for any kind of treatment and a 0.30% BAC will get
you admitted for observation. Just FYI.
