No, you need an actual 10-speed cassette, the spacers are thinner.

Handlebar tape, don't forget the handlebar tape!
Theoretically you only need to replace the rear shifter, but you may
find it difficult to locate a loose one. Also, there would be a
cosmetic mismatch if you just changed the rear one.
I'm not convinced that the Dura-Ace brifters are significantly better
than the Ultegra units, by the way.
