It's a bit more than you wanted to spend, and you probably can't use your coupons, but you should check out the Shimano Ultegra factory wheels at Excelsports.com. For this price you can't go wrong. I've got a lot of miles on mine, without a speck of trouble. Good climbing wheels. I don't think you can find better wheels for under $450.
