    serving. What is considered a medium serving?

    Well,

    just that. Here in Germany you get Small, Medium and Large
    servings of fries.

    IIRC the medium one is 7.5 points here. *sigh*

    Here in the UK a 'portion' of thick cut oven bakes low fat
    chips (fries) is 100g (about 4 oz) and is 2 points.

    a Medium portion of McDonald's fries is 5 points, but my
    little book doesn't tell you how much that is by weight.
