Yeah, I want to upgrade my USA cycling license from Category 2 mountain bike XC to category 1, but I have no clue what the requirements are. The USA cycling website was pretty unhelpful. I applied for an upgrade but I was (not surprisingly) rejected, probably because I failed to provide enough information. Anyways, could anyone shed some light on this subject?
