It's not the Tour de France, but while that notable event unfolds in Europe, there will be top-flight bicycle racers in Western Pennsylvania. The USA Cycling road racing national championships will be Wednesday through July 17 in Somerset County, with Seven Springs Mountain Resort serving as host.
