The cheapest and nearest country to get bike parts is Singapore and I can help you get these stuff here coz I live in Singapore.

You can try roadbikereview.com They have a classifieds section along with an extensive review section to check buyers comments on quality, experience etc. Lots of high-end bikes, but also some modestly priced rides. Good luck
