I bought my bicycle shoes & clips yesterday i am into triathlon using a racer.I am very concern abt safety as i had a few bad falls since i started to ride bike.
I worried that by using clips i might subject myself to more fall and injuries.
All the seniors out there, kindly give me your valuable advice especially area like mounting a bicycle during transition.
Thanks

are you confident about cliping in and out? if not, PRACTICE!

sit on your bike in a doorway and just clip in and out over and over and over again (it's good to do while watching tv).

good luck!

You don't say which country or state you are in. A local tri mag just had an article, "Transitions 101", if you are local I can tell you where to pick one up.

cheers
