    Fish With Savory Savory Toasted French Bread

    Fish With Savory

    1 1/4 lb. fish filet cubed (solid fish) Grated rind and juice of 1 lemon 1 cup olive oil
    Savory to taste

    Mix all above ingredients, add salt and pepper. Add cubed fish, marinate in refrigerator for 6
    hours. Skewer and barbecue (or broil) 5 to 10 minutes. Serve over rice and accompany with salad.

    Savory Toasted French Bread

    1/2 cup butter and 1/2 cup margarine
    2/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. paprika Dash cayenne
    4/4 tsp. whole savory
    5/2 tsp. whole thyme

    Melt and blend in saucepan. Cut bread lengthwise in half, butter both halves and broil until brown.
    Makes enough for two-three loaves.
