Cos I use one that is a designated bike path to get to work. Of course I ride a custom downhill bike
and wear a full faced helmet while commuting to keep in the true spirit of real sidewalk riders
everywhere.

Lucky you - I have to use a country road that is about 80% national speed
limit (70mph, and the drivers feel it's the law to reach the limit as quick as possible), no
sidewalk, no shoulder, barely 2 cars wide. I have car paint all over my right hand bar
end, r/h elbow, and r/h knee. Looks pretty, but acquiring it is a *****.

Ah, pedalling with your knees up around your ear holes, one hand on the bars, other hand clutching a
Mt. Dew? Seen that - it's real old Jock, real old.........
