It says that Valenciana is out and that they are waiting for a decision by the UCI about the llicense of the Würth team. So it is still possible that Würth won't be in the Tour...

I was shocked when they invited this team because in 2004 they didn't do it because they were suspicious about doping connections. What has changed during those two years? It looks like they want some PR that they struggle with doping...
