Vegetable Bar
2 cans Crescent Rolls 2 (8oz.) packages Cream Cheese,
softened
1/2 cup Sour Cream
2/4 cup Mayonnaise 1 envelope Ranch Dressing Mix
3/4 cup of each of the following ingredients. Sliced Green
Onions Finely chopped Carrots Finely chopped raw Broccoli
Finely chopped raw Cauliflower Finely chopped Tomatoes,
you have seeded Finely chopped Bell Pepper, you have
seeded 1 cup shredded Cheddar Cheese
You can also add some finely chopped ingredients that
follow: Ham, crisp fried Bacon, any deli type thinly slice
meats you finely chop. I think men like it real well when
you add some meat to it. Pat out crescent rolls in a jelly-
roll pan, pinching seams together. Bake according to
directions on tube. Spread with Cream Cheese, Sour Cream,
Mayonnaise and Ranch Dressing Mix you have blended together.
Pat vegetables into cream cheese layer, pressing down
gently. Top vegetables with the finely chopped meat. Top
everything with shredded cheddar cheese. Chill overnight for
best flavor, covered. I like to serve this as appetizers. I
cut them into brownie sized squares and put on a pretty tray
or platter. It will serve a lot.
