I am considering a set of Velocity Sparticus Pros as my next road wheel purchase. I've had several local folks tell me they are a great value. Very aero, relatively light weight at 981 + 783 grams at a price of around $400. I understand the hubs are made by Formula.
I'm certainly not a pro rider, but enjoy Cat 2/3 competition. Most of my riding is flat to rolling hills. I only have the opportunity to climb occasionally.
