Very high Normalised Power from a track session

Raced a track carnival. Lots of warming up and cooling down and four very short and intense races. Very low average power and very high Normalised Power. Of course VI through the roof. Any ideas???

Probably a blip. I do have quite a high HR of 203 for 37 years. At 20-21 it did shoot over 210 at times.

The only track racing sessions that I have that do not have a high VI were on days where I had pretty bad legs.

Yeah, just found it really interesting now I have a power meter on the track. Learning new stuff.
