I have 2 girls, 2 and 4, who are healthy and normal in all respects. They eat well, but I'm concerned that although when they were younger they would eat every vegetable I made them, they now resist most vegetables unless carefully disguised. I don't want to get into battles at the dinner table. They get lots of milk and dairy, protiens and carbs, some fruit, but not much vegetable. Would it be appropriate to supplement with a childrens multi vitamin or is this unnecessary? Thank you.
