VO2Max-test question

Hi,

I'm now taking a post-season break for about 4 weeks and then I'll start training for next season again. In the week I was planning to start training again I've made an appointment to calculate my VO2max, heart rate zones etc.
I was wondering if the rest period I've had then just in advance to that appointment will effect my heart rate zones and power output and that its maybe better to do the test after a few weeks/months of training?

It depends if you want the results while being fit or not. After 4 weeks of inactivity. You won't be fit for sure.
